Caitlin Clark #22 of the Indiana Fever

She’s not gonna take it anymore.

Caitlin Clark, who has received her fair share of abuse from opponents during her first year in the WNBA, decided to give some back in Wednesday’s 89-83 loss against the Washington Mystics.

Clark took out her frustration on Mystics guard Julie Vanloo in the second quarter.

Vanloo and Clark were in a shoving match as Clark attempted to get herself in position to receive a pass from her teammate. That’s when Clark shoved Vanloo a little bit harder than normal.

A replay video showed some words between Vanloo and Clark.

Clark finished the game with 29 points and 13 rebounds. Meanwhile, Vanloo recorded 13 points and secured a pair of rebounds.

Caitlin Clark Becomes First WNBA Player in History to Record Ridiculous Stat Line

Caitlin Clark was a phenom in the NCAA, leaving college as the top scorer in men’s or women’s college basketball history. She is now proving that she is a phenom at the professional level, too. Clark has become one of the first rookies named to the WNBA All-Star roster since 2014, and she is a favorite to land the Rookie of the Year award.

To go along with her elite play thus far, Clark has now made WNBA history by posting a ridiculous stat line that no other player has secured before her.

During Wednesday’s game between the Indiana Fever and Washington Mystics, Clark secured 29 points, 13 assists, five rebounds, five 3-pointers, five steals, and three blocks. Despite Clark posting such ridiculous numbers, the Fever fell to the Mystics with a final score of 89-84.

The Fever have seen an up-and-down season, initially struggling at the beginning of the season going 2-8 in their first 10 games. More recently, the team has rebounded in a big way, going 6-4 in their last 10 games.
