WNBA rookie Cameron Brink took a nasty spill on Tuesday that ended with Los Angeles Sparks teammates carrying Brink off the court.
Brink suffered a left knee injury in the first half of the Sparks’ game against the Connecticut Sun and was ruled out of the remainder of the contest at halftime.
The injury occurred on a drive to the basket by Brink, defended by Connecticut’s Brionna Jones.

Brink’s left leg appeared to buckle during the sequence. She tried to walk off the bad spill but was forced to keep her weight off the injured knee. Brink cried in pain after testing the knee.
Sparks personnel stepped in and carried the rookie from the bench to the locker room.
