Floyd Mayweather REACTS to Ryan Garcia N-Word RACIST RANT; Shuts down “NEGATIVITY” to PRAISE Moton | HO

Ryan Garcia throws 'his last lifeline' to Floyd Mayweather with a nonsensical video after his controversial words | Marca

Ryan Garcia is looking to boxing legend Floyd Mayweather in order to resuscitate his flagging career in the ring — but right now, it is proving difficult for anyone to reach Garcia, whose worst enemy remains himself.

Following his explusion from the WBC over a vile racist rant on social media, Garcia — already suspended from boxing for a year as a result of doping — is losing allies fast as his behavior grows more and more erratic. Mayweather recently had a chance to address the latest racist remarks from “King Ryan,” but in a curious move, he did not take the chance.

Mayweather bites his tongue

Following protege Curmel Moton‘s dominating victory over Nikolai Buzolin on Saturday, Mayweather was asked by FightHype.com if he had anything to say about Garcia, who had attacked Muslims and Black people in an unhinged rant on X Spaces.

“You’re not going to get me involved in that. That’s not my thing,” Mayweather said. “I wanna stay here positive, talk about what my fighters do, talk about my family, talk about the promotion.”

Some believe that Mayweather is quietly hoping Garcia — with whom he once trained — turns things around, hence explaining his refusal to speak about the 26-year-old’s increasingly-fraught position. Some have launched attacks at Mayweather, who boasted a 50-0 record in his illustrious boxing career, for not taking the opportunity to “condemn” Garcia for his remarks.

However, it’s also possible that Mayweather was really in no mood to focus on anything or anyone besides Moton, the 18-year-old featherweight out of Salt Lake City who has won all four fights of his young career. It seems unlikely this will be the final opportunity Mayweather gets to talk about Garcia, in any case.
