Based on the Seismological Research Letters, after receiving a request from the California Office of Emergency Services, strong motion sensors were fixed at the SoFi stadium ahead of Swift’s concert. According to the study, almost 70,00 fans were present inside the stadium, and their dancing and tapping movements led to the generation of seismic waves.
