Tina Malone’s husband promised he’d ‘see her tonight’ but was tragically dead 10 hours later | HO

English actress Tina Malone, known for her role in hit shows such as Shameless, has shared the heartbreaking final moments with her husband before he tragically died last month.

The TV star’s husband, Paul Chase, died suddenly at the age of 42, after spending such a “normal day,” with his wife.

Ever since her husband’s unexpected passing, the 61-year-old has been flooded with messages from fans on X, formerly known as Twitter. She remained silent on the platform until April 6, in which she said she was “truly moved by the support, outpouring of grief and respect from my incredible friends and family.” She then informed fans that his funeral had taken place two days prior.

Now, four weeks after her husband’s tragic death, Malone is sharing some insight into the final moments. “Four weeks ago at 4pm today my hubby made scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, and sausages for Flame, kissed me and said see you later…” she began. The couple share daughter, Flame, 11.

“10 hours later he was dead, I am broken, so bereft,” the star emotionally concluded.

The post received thousands of likes and comments from fans, offering their condolences.

“The last thing you remember him doing was an act of love for your child together. <3 That is something that you will treasure in time more than you can right now,” wrote one.

Another said: “Tina, we don’t know each other but I lost the love of my life to cancer two years ago and the hurt never goes away but as time goes on we learn to live another way. They say grief is the price we pay for love. It’s a journey that’s for sure and not an easy one. Bless you.”

Tina has not yet revealed Paul’s cause of death.

The couple were married for nine years, before splitting and rekindling

The soap star met her husband at a fitness boot camp, at which he worked as a personal trainer. They tied the knot in 2010, and welcomed their first daughter together, Flame in 2013, via IVF. Tina was 50 at the time, with Paul 19 years younger.

“People had plenty to say about the age difference, but at the end of the day, love is love, isn’t it?” Tina told Closer in 2010.

However, the two got divorced in 2019 after ‘hellish years,’ but rekindled again the following year, reassuring everyone that things were good again.
