Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark is not just the biggest superstar in the WNBA, but she’s also one of the most popular athletes in the nation. Helping keep the No. 1 overall pick grounded through all the madness is her boyfriend, Connor McCaffrey.
Clark and McCaffrey, both Iowa alums, started dating in April 2023. Clark commemorated their anniversary on Instagram two months ago.
“One year of the best mems w my fav person 🖤,” she posted. “You make everyday better and I can’t wait for many more adventures together… love you 🤞🏻😇,”
On June 27, Clark and McCaffrey’s relationship was the subject of a tip submitted to DeuxMoi, a popular gossip website. Keep in mind, submissions to the site are not always reliable.

As it stands, the 22-year-old basketball phenom and McCaffrey, who works as a team assistant for the Indiana Pacers, both seem laser-focused on their respective careers.
McCaffrey paid tribute to Clark and her success on their anniversary, “One year w the best 🫶🏼 doing life w u has been easy, and you never cease to amaze me,” he wrote on Instagram. “Can’t wait to watch u live out ur dreams in person 🤞🏼 love you ❤️.”
While it’s not clear if there’s any truth to the engagement rumors, Clark’s love life simply becoming a topic for the popular entertainment site raised some eyebrows.
