The two Sky players came off a rivalry game against the Fever. The rivalry between the Sky and the Fever is intensifying, fueled by the presence of former college stars Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark.
Clark led the Fever to their second win over the Sky on Monday, scoring 23 points on 7-for-11 shooting, along with eight rebounds and nine assists.
Gondrezick did not play in the game.
A controversial play occurred when Reese hit Clark’s head while she was going for a block. Reese was called for a flagrant 1 foul in the play.

Angel Reese calls out referees after loss vs Caitlin Clark, Indiana Fever
Angel Reese had a productive night, tying the WNBA rookie record with her sixth consecutive double-double as she finished with 11 points, 13 rebounds and five assists.
However, she struggled with her shooting, going 4-of-13 from the field, and was called for five fouls.
After the game, Reese criticized the referees for allegedly favoring other players with calls.
“I think we went up really strong and a lot of times we didn’t get a lot of calls. And going back and looking at the film, I saw a lot of calls that weren’t made. I guess some people got a special whistle, but just being able to play as best as we can,” she said per CBS Sports.
In Monday’s game, the Sky went 12-for-14 from the free throw line, while the Fever went 13-for-19.
Caitlin Clark made all six of her free throw attempts. Reese was also perfect, making three free throws.
Marina Mabrey led the Sky in the game with 22 points, while Kamilla Cardoso had 10 points and 10 rebounds. Chennedy Carter gave the team 18 points, while Dana Evans added 12 points off the bench.
Aliyah Boston scored 19 points and grabbed 14 rebounds in the Fever’s win, while Kelsey Mitchell and Nalyssa Smith had 17 and 15 markers, respectively.
Earlier this month, Reese was ejected in the Sky’s loss to the New York Liberty after receiving two technicals in quick succession. The WNBA later rescinded the second technical foul.
The Sky dropped to 4-9 after the game, while the Fever improved to 5-10.
