Conor McGregor has expanded his business ventures by launching a music label in his homeland. The 36-year-old is taking on a new challenge in the music industry, making history as the first to establish a record label in Ireland. This move adds another feather to his entrepreneurial cap, showcasing his versatility both inside and outside the octagon.

The ’36-year-old ‘Notorious’ co-founded Greenback Records with music industry partners Richard Buck and Julian O’Brien. The new label aims to offer partnership deals to artists. It is a multi-genre record company supporting musicians at all career stages, from multi-platinum-selling artists to up-and-coming rising stars.

The label has already signed a few artists but hasn’t revealed their names yet. At a recent press conference, McGregor said, “I am excited to create Ireland’s first major record label in an industry that I have had great interest in for some time.”


The Irishman, a renowned UFC Champion and the first to hold titles in two weight classes simultaneously has ventured into entrepreneurship with Proper Twelve Whiskey and Forged Irish Stout. After that, in April, he also made his acting debut in the Road House remake. While his achievements are remarkable, the ‘Notorious’ is also getting ready to make his highly anticipated comeback to the UFC.

McGregor last fought at UFC 264, where he sustained an injury against Dustin Poirier in their trilogy match. He was scheduled to face Chandler at UFC 303 but withdrew after picking up a toe injury in training just a week before the fight. Despite this setback, fans can look forward to his return by the end of the year, which most probably could be at the UFC 310.
