MEGHAN Markle could be looking to draw attention independently from her family in 2025 after posting a clip to Instagram with a “hidden message,” one Royal expert told The Sun.

The Duchess of Sussex shared a video running along a beach barefoot, before writing 2025 in the sand in her first personal social media post for several years.

In the clip, Meghan, 43, can be seen running towards the sea on a large beach.

She then slows down to a walk, before bending down to write “2025” in the sand with her finger – in celebration of the New Year.

The mum-of-two then runs back towards the camera smiling.

Royal expert Ingrid Seward has told The Sun Meghan wants to start the new year off on a “strong note” – separately from Prince Harry and their children Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3.

She said: “There’s always there’s always a hidden message with Meghan.

“I think it’s a positive message: ‘Hi, I’m here. I’m back. I’m doing my thing, and Harry will be doing his thing, and I should be doing mine’ – and I think it’s just a positive message.

“They’ve been sort of dogged a bit last year by lots of rumours about the state of their marriage, and whether Harry was happy and why we haven’t seen more of Meghan, and I think she realizes that she wants to start 2025 on a very positive and sort of strong note.

“You know, ‘look at me, I’m here. Watch out for me and what I’m doing.’”

And Ingrid explained why Meghan may have chosen to leave Harry or the children out of the clip – claiming it sends a clear message.

The Royal expert said: “It’s nothing to do with her and the children or her and Harry – it’s just her.

“I think it’s all about Meghan – ‘I’ve done my mothering bit. You’re not going to see my kids,’ you know.

“She’s been very, very careful to keep them out of camera range, and it’s her.

“And I think she needs to do this, because, she hasn’t had a good year press wise in 2024, and she needs to.”

Meghan therefore looks to make a “new beginning” for herself in the new year.

Ingrid added: “[Meghan’s] supposedly got her cooking program, her lifestyle program coming up.

“This is the first video she’s posted on her new video site, which she’s called just Meghan, which I think is quite nice.

“I think we’ll probably be getting many, many more.”

For nearly a year there have been rumours that Meghan, 43, is making her own show celebrating “the joys of cooking, gardening, entertaining, and friendship”.

But there has been little update on the series – supposed to complement her luxury brand American Riviera Orchard – with no release date in sight.

The Instagram video is said to be incredibly “private,” with Prince Harry behind the camera on a beach near their house in Montesino, Ingrid explained.

She said that videos that the couple have posted have featured the beach before, with one of Harry throwing a stick to a dog.

It is therefore, according to Ingrid, “the nearest beach from from their house in Montecito.”

Ingrid added that the couple’s first big trip will be the Invictus Game in Canada where they will once again be visible to the world – and may lead to more appearances in 2025.

She said: “I think that’s coming up quite shortly, so they’ll be, you know, be very visible, and I’m sure it’s being filmed again everywhere they go. They seem to have a camera crew following them.

“So you know they’re not wasting any time that they’re not hiding their light under a bushel or leading a private life like they said they wanted to.

“They’re very visible, but only on their terms, but they need to do something positive.

“A lot is riding on Meghan’s lifestyle cooking show.”
